Brings food through the temperature danger zone fast, with soft and hard settings for both blast chilling and deep-freezing depending on how quickly a product needs to come down. Fitted with a heart probe and heated core probe for accurate temperature tracking, plus an LCD display with capacitive touch controls. High-density HCFC-free insulation and a copper-aluminium evaporator coil (cataphoresis-painted, non-toxic epoxy resin) support consistent performance, with a condensation tray, air condensation, and a fully inspectable chamber for hygiene. Runs on R290 refrigerant, with a front-mounted, easy-access control cabinet. Compatible with standard GN pans.
