Looking for a Senior Technician to diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment with speed and accuracy. Responsible for preventive maintenance, minimizing breakdowns, and ensuring reliable, prompt repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose root causes and repair kitchen equipment (cooking, refrigeration, electrical)
- Fix issues correctly to minimize repeat breakdowns
- Source reliable and cost-efficient spare parts
- Reduce equipment downtime through fast and effective servicing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair across multiple brands (F&B preferred; candidates from non-F&B backgrounds are also welcome)
- Strong diagnostic ability across different equipment types
- Able to solve issues independently with minimal supervision
- Strong network for sourcing quality parts quickly and cost-effectively
- High integrity — no shortcuts, no misuse of parts, no side dealing
- Willing to work weekends, overtime, and emergency repairs
- Must be able to travel inter-state
- Holds GDL (ideal: Lesen Kelas E)
